Former Congresswoman Brown was born in Jacksonville, FL and her passion for her hometown was only surpassed by her passion for the district she serves. What is good for the district is good for the State and Fmr. Congresswoman Brown has definitely been good for the State of Florida.

 

Brown earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M  University . She earned a Masters degree from University of Florida. Brown received her Honorary Doctorate of Law from Edward Waters College in Jacksonville, Fl. 

Prior to running for office, Congresswoman held a counseling
